Upper reusable forms for modeling nails are a practical and quick way to save time when working, as they allow you to avoid final sawing during extension, re-extension and restoration. They have a universal shape - ballerina and are suitable for almond, oval and short square extensions. DNKa' Professional Top Nail Forms are easily removed after polymerization thanks to the hard yet flexible plastic. Ideal for use with DNKa' Acryl Gel, DNKa' Builder Gel and DNKa' Jelly Gel. Very easy and convenient to use even for beginners. The set contains 120 pieces, including 12 sizes of 10 pieces, which allows you to conveniently choose the necessary shape for any type of nail plate.

| Application technology №3 | Apply Dehydrator DNKa' to the nail. |
| Application technology №4 | Apply DNKa' Ultrabond to the nail. |
| Application technology №5 | Apply the chosen base coat and polymerize. |
| Application technology №6 | Choose a form of the appropriate size and desired shape. |
| Application technology №7 | Apply the modeling material of your choice (DNKa' Acryl Gel, Liquid Acrygel, DNKa' Builder Gel, or DNKa' Jelly Gel) to the inner part of the form. Press it onto the nail plate and hold for 10 seconds using a LED/UV lamp and clip. |
| Application technology №8 | Next, polymerize in a 48W LED/UV lamp for 2 minutes on each side. |
| Application technology №9 | After complete polymerization, remove the form by gently squeezing its sides. |
| Application technology №10 | Remove any residual stickiness using DNKa' Nail Prep & Cleanser 3 in 1. |
| Application technology №11 | Refine the shape with a file, and adjust the interior surface of the nail with a drill. |
| Application technology №12 | Apply DNKa' top coat and polymerize in a LED/UV lamp for 2 minutes. |
